So, what is "Industrial Symbiosis" anyway..?

This evening we had a visit from Patrick of @Int_SynergiesNI (international-synergiesni.com) to introduce us to the concept, which is funded by InvestNI

After reading about this a while back, I had got in touch to see if a "small fry" business like ours could get involved... Why yes, yes we can!!

As you know, Rekindled Yard is all about the eco-friendly ethos, recycling anything and everything that we can. While we may not quite be Tom and Barbara from the "Good Life" (for younger readers... ask your mammy ;o) ) ... we do what we can, through Mr RY's creations as well as by growing at the Yard.

In a nutshell...

International Synergies NI Industrial Symbiosis Service is a way to match waste and resource needs. Like speed-dating for businesses - large and small.

This has very much caught our attention and we a looking forward to getting involved!
